You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Logic Workflow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the service, including but not limited to your content, any use of the service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
